Custom Stained Glass in Estes Park
While my studio is located in Fort Collins, I’m proud to work with clients and designers in Estes Park. Incorporating stained glass into your home or business may never rival the breathtaking beauty of the national park backdrop—but that’s not the goal. Instead, stained glass is meant to complement that natural scenery, enhancing both the surrounding landscape and your unique style.
Stained glass can be thoughtfully integrated into a wide range of spaces. In kitchens, it can be featured as cabinet door inserts, a stylized pantry entry, a hanging pendant light, or a window above the sink. In a bathroom, stained glass can add privacy but still allow in light from a window. In living rooms, stained glass can be showcased in a light box, installed as a transom above a doorway, or crafted into a bespoke table lamp. At Mountain Edge Refined Glass, we offer fully custom stained glass solutions for both residential and commercial spaces.
Once you decide to incorporate stained glass into your design, we work closely with you to develop a concept inspired by your vision. If you’re unsure of your style, we’ll guide you through patterns, textures, and design ideas that best complement your space. We’re happy to meet in person, over Zoom, or at our studio inside 3 Square Art.
After finalizing the design, one of our favorite steps is selecting the glass together. Stained glass offers incredible depth through both color and texture. We offer cathedral glass—transparent with gentle light distortion—and opalescent glass, which is more opaque while still allowing light to pass through. Both styles are available in a range of colors and clear variations. Custom stained glass not only introduces color into a space, but also adds richness, texture, and vibrancy that evolves with the light throughout the day.
